Cautions for Water meter installation

Select places for easy checks and inspections and keep enough working space.

For right mesuring, install nominal pipe as 5 times of meter diameter at the inlet, 3 times of meter diameter at the outlet(it has to keep  the more nominal pipe if it uses valve, elbo, pump etc. at the front side of meters)

Install valve and pressure reducer etc. at the back of meters as possible

Be careful to prevent impurities or dirty substances and keep level.

In the winter, keep to warm.

 Cautions for gas meter installation

Avoid the exposure to the areas of vibration, dust.

check for any damage of meters.

Breathe out the inlet of the meter to check rotation of meter.

check the supply pipe for any leakage and remove impurities or dirty substances before installation.

The meter should be kept level.

Check the inlet and outlet of the meter.

Do not apply impact or excessive.

Connect pipe to put away the meters easily for inspect and repair.

Check after gas meter installation

Check the connections for any leakage (Internal pressure tested is 10kpa/cm2 or lower)

Remove residual air from the inside of the meter and slowly open the value.

Record the serial number, date tested(sealed) and initial indications of the meter.

Check that indicator of the meter works properly when ignition the gas.

After testing, seal itself surely.
