Cautions for calory meter and heat meter installation

 

    Calory meter, heat meter in a interior place and secure enough space for easy repairing & checking.

    Install in a place that is away from high humidity, dust, impact & direct sunlight.

    Install the indicator in a place that is easy to check.

    Pipe has to be install between a calculator part and a display part and keep min. length.
    It has to be straight as much as possible and keep away from substances by protector.

    Install calory meter --on return side and strainer (about 40 mesh) on forward meter to protect flow part.

    Install the valve on each inlet and outlet side of meter (include strainer)

    Install all accessaries (Union, Nut, Sensor pocket, strainer) exclusive of main part (calory meter, water meter)  firstly.

    Install a temporary pipe instead of flow part.

    Open all valves and remove the substance inside. (Flushing 6 times)

    Change water several times and check the substances inside.

    At this time, clean strainer.

    After complete above process, remove a temporary pipe and install the meter. At this time, check the direction of water flow.

    Insert the sensor for supply and the sensor for return into pocket correctly, tie the fixed piece softly.

    In the case of the remoting display type, please remove the order cause by wire cut after inserting cable install caulking at the calculating part and bushing at display part.

    When you connect calculator part with indicator part by cable, please connect in accordance with same color of cable.

    Please connect the cable tightly to peel the cable.

    Calory meter, heating water meter are precision instruments and so avoid the excessive vibration or outside impact.

    Transport the indicator in a box certainly.

    Please be careful the demage of cover and don't press the excessive force during install of piping.

    For smooth working of calory and water meter, after flushing as the method like the upper " working before installation" before working heating per year, please do heating.

    Please change the heating water 2 times per year.

    After testrunning, please seal on detecting part (Sensor for supply, sensor for return).
